In my position as the Diversity Manager within the Diversity & Equal Opportunities Office, I consult the Executive Vice President for Talent Management and Diversity, Prof. Dr. Claudia Peus, in strategic activities to advance the Technical University of Munich to an even more diverse and inclusive university and workplace. Here, I am responsible for the conception, evaluation and controlling of diversity measures for the TUM. I completed my PhD in Gender Studies in Engineering & Science at the TUM during which I was a visiting scholar at UC Berkeley in the USA. Next to my research interest in the mutual influence of technology and society with regards to women, I am passionate about biased Artificial Intelligence and give presentations on the discriminatory factors of AI.
